What is planned?
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.
Meadow End, Chobham Road, Knaphill, Woking. PLAN/2024/0924/JS: Change of use of part of existing detached outbuilding (residential annex) to 1 x self-contained 1 bedroom unit.
Sheerwater Estate, Albert Drive, Sheerwater, Woking. PLAN/2024/0305/JH: Provision of 19no. residential units (apartments) (Class C3) within blocks Y1 and Y4 in Phase Yellow (of the Sheerwater Regeneration) to replace the previously approved Community Centre, Health Centre and Nursery spaces and associated alterations and alterations to highways to provide a footway/cycleway connection between Blackmore Crescent and Devonshire Avenue and associated landscape proposals (part retrospective). Aldbury, Aviary Road, Pyrford, Woking. PLAN/2025/0106/HD: Installation of 4no roof lights to existing single storey rear extension, 1no obscured high level window, porch and fenestration alterations.
White Rose Farm House, 44 White Rose Lane, Woking. PLAN/2025/0090/BB: Listed Building Consent for re-roofing, including installation of new membrane and roof battens and relaying of existing tiles.
