TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING (GENERAL PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 (AS AMENDED) DIRECTIONS MADE UNDER ARTICLE 4(1)

Notice is hereby given that Leicester City Council has confirmed an Article 4(1) Direction on all properties & land in the Knighton Village Conservation Area & on: St Peter’s Vicarage, 7, 8 & 9 Main Street within the Braunstone Village Conservation Area as shown edged red on the related plans.

The following permitted development rights, as conferred by the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Order) Order 2015 as amended, are confirmed as withdrawn, (unless planning permission is granted on an application made under Part III of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990, as amended):

 • Classes A, C, D & F of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the said Order;
 • Class A of Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the said Order;
 • Class C of Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the said Order.
 • Class C of Part 11 of Schedule 2 to the said Order
