is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Proposed single storey agricultural shed for Horse Livery.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.
25/00302/LB3 - Museum and Art Gallery Mowbray Gardens Burdon Road Sunderland SR1 1PP.
Sunderland City Council is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Install galvanised steps and freestanding key clamp guard rail, 10no. air source heat pumps (ASHP) and associated pipework atop roof. Carry out associated thermal upgrades to the roof to comprise installation of new warm roof build up with bituminous and erection of parapet wall. Adapt existing plant screen. Install new sub-mains cables. Convert existing café store into plantroom with replacement fire door fitted.
