What is planned?

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:

25/0051/FH - Port Lympne, Aldington Road, Lympne, CT21 4PD - Retrospective application for the laying of existing hardstanding; and proposed siting of 1 safari truck as holiday let to include 14 square metre extension to existing hardstanding.

25/0191/FH - Scout Association Headquarters,
The Undercliff, Sandgate - Removal of existing asbestos corregated roof to Scout Hut and replacement with steel profile

25/0225/FH - Master Williams Place, Formerly Queens House, Guildhall Street, Folkestone, CT20 1DX - Advertisement consent for internally illuminated vertical sign & circular fascia picture sign.

25/0236/FH - Land Rear 112 & 112a High Street, Hythe,
CT21 5LE - Proposed two storey three bedroom dwelling.

25/0268/FH - 125 SANDGATE ROAD, FOLKESTONE, CT20 2BL          Provision of new first floor front windows to No.125, Sandgate Road in conjunction with approved works under planning consent no.24/1678/FH & conversion of first floor offices into a self-contained flat, plus the replacement of the current roof covering & a minor change to the approved rear second floor window replacement (as approved under planning consent no.24/1260/FH).

25/0296/FH - ROSEMARY COTTAGE, BOARMANS LANE, BROOKLAND, ROMNEY MARSH, TN29 9QU - Proposed extensions to existing property

25/0316/FH - Marlie Farm Holiday Park, Dymchurch Road, New Romney, Kent, TN28 8UE - Proposed Change of Use of land for 15 static caravans for holiday use, including additional landscaping, an attenuation basin and car parking.

Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY.  Please always quote the application reference number.  Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication.  Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.

The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
