What is planned?

NOTICE OF PLANNING APPEAL

Ashford Borough Council have refused Planning Application PA/2024/0799 at Homestall Farm, Ashford Road, High Halden, Ashford, Kent, TN26 3BS for the “Change of use of land

to a commercial vehicle depot and open storage yard (Retrospective). Proposed new vehicular access and 1.8m high gate”. This proposal would affect the setting of a listed building.

The refusal has been appealed under our reference AP-90688 and will be considered by the Planning Inspectorate under their reference APP/E2205/W/24/3349264.

In the opinion of the planning authority, this proposal affects the setting of a listed building in accordance with Section 67 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
