2024/1365 - 2 Beach Cottages, Millers Lane, Outwood, Redhill. Hip-To-Gable Loft Conversion with Rear Dormer.
2024/1399 - 1 Titsey Road, Limpsfield, Oxted.
Adaptation of the covered courtyard into a dayroom with ensuite shower/wet room.

Demolition of existing single storey rear extension and erection of a single storey front extension.
2025/162 - Public Footpath No.81, Limpsfield.
Application to divert Public Footpath No. 81 (Limpsfield) (Consultation from Surrey County Council).
2025/73 - Rook Farm, Rook Lane, Chaldon.
Proposed internal and external works to listed building including rear/side extension, remodelling existing annex, removal and resiting of modern stable building and internal alterations to existing house.(Listed Building Consent).
