Reigate & Banstead Borough Council is considering applications as set out in the schedule below, details of which can be viewed using the Council’s website www.reigate-banstead.gov.uk or inspected at the Town Hall, Castlefield Road, Reigate. Any representations regarding these applications should be made in writing to the Development Manager, Town Hall, Castlefield Road, Reigate, Surrey, RH2 0SH, within 21 days of the date of publication of this notice. The applications are advertised for the reason stated.

APPLICATION NO: 25/00009/OUT

LOCATION: Land At Oakley Farm North Of Bletchingley Road Merstham

PROPOSAL: Hybrid application comprising: (i) An outline planning application for the demolition of 4 no. existing buildings and the erection of up to 107 dwellings, traveller pitch, associated works, landscaping and open space with access from Bletchingley Road (All matters reserved except access); and (ii) a full planning application for the demolition of 8 no. existing buildings, refurbishment and retention of 3 no. existing buildings to provide commercial floorspace (Use Class E(g)(i) (ii)), retention of existing dwelling and the erection of a replacement garage, with access from Bletchingley Road.

LOCATION: 150 Croydon Road Reigate

PROPOSAL: Extension and alterations to a detached house including the erection of a new garage, new vehicular access and removal of a tree.

REASON: Application is in a Conservation Area
