Proposed development at land rear of 5-23 Cobden Hill, Radlett, Herts WD7 7JL.
Take notice that an application is being made by Mrs J Bichard for planning permission for Construction of 4 x 4 bed dwellings and 2 x 3 bed dwellings with new vehicular and pedestrian access adjacent No 5 Cobden Hill; layout of additional car parking; landscaping and all ancillary works.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Hertsmere Borough Council, Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Herts, WD6 1WA. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
