NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough Council of

Calderdale intends to dispose of land at Shelf Village Hall, Halifax Road, Shelf, Halifax HX3 7NT which forms part of an open space.

A plan of the area intended to be disposed of is available upon request by e-mail sent to Mark.Redfern@calderdale.gov.uk Any member of the public wishing to obtain a copy of the plan, make representations on the proposed disposal or lodge an objection is invited to do so by no later than 4.30pm on 20th March 2025
