Listed Building Application in a Conservation Area

25/P/0285/FUL - Proposed renovation and upgrade of Langford House. Works to include; replacement of existing porch at the North elevation with a glazed canopy porch, creation of new stepped access at the West elevation, creation of raised planters and seating to the North of the building and the formation of a pitched dormer to facilitate the creation of a new Egress route along the North of the central building. Replacement and improvement of all tiled roofing, with original scalloped slate and detailing restored.
