Listed Building Application in a Conservation Area

25/P/0285/FUL - Proposed renovation and upgrade of Langford House. Works to include; replacement of existing porch at the North elevation with a glazed canopy porch, creation of new stepped access at the West elevation, creation of raised planters and seating to the North of the building and the formation of a pitched dormer to facilitate the creation of a new Egress route along the North of the central building. Replacement and improvement of all tiled roofing, with original scalloped slate and detailing restored. Replacement of 2no. existing rooflights with 3no. new alongside the installation of 4no. rooflights to the adjacent roof and 6no. rooflights to the North-Western roof. Fenestration alterations including the upgrade and alteration of all windows, doors and rainwater goods alongside the renewal and alteration of external render; and
