Appeals have been made to the Secretary of State against West Northamptonshire Council for the refusal to grant Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for:

2024/0036/FULL & 2024/0037/LBC. Old Mill House, Stockwell Lane, Hellidon, NN11 6LG. Proposed demolition of existing single rear extension and erect a larger single storey extension in its place
