Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn/Isle Of Anglesey County Council Cau Llwybr Cyhoeddus (Rhan O Lwybr Rhif 2 Yng Nghymuned Llanfairpwll) 2025 Gwnaethpwyd Y Gorchymyn Uchod Ar 25ain Chwefror 2025.
Ei effaith fydd cau’r hawl tramwy cyhoeddus ar hyd y rhan hwnnw o Lwybr Cyhoeddus Rhif 2 yng Nghymuned Llanfairpwll a nodir yn Atodlen 1 isod, a chreu llwybr arall yn ei le ar hyd llinell fel ei fod yn rhedeg ar hyd y llwybr a nodir yn Atodlen 2 fel y dangosir ef ar fap y gorchymyn.
Gellir gweld copi o’r Gorchymyn ynghyd â’r map heb dâl yn Swyddfa’r Cyngor, Llangefni, Ynys Môn drwy apwyntiad a llyfrgell Porthaethwy yn ystod oriau agor arferol. Fe ddanfonir copi caled o’r dogfennau uchod drwy’r post ar gais ac am ddim os cysylltwch â SiwanJones@ynysmon.llyw.cymru neu 01248 752591.
Dylid anfon unrhyw sylwadau ar y Gorchymyn neu wrthwynebiad iddo mewn ysgrifen at Reolwr Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol, Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn/Isle of Anglesey County Council, Swyddfeydd y Cyngor, Llangefni, Ynys Môn ddim hwyrach na 28ain Mawrth 2025.
Bydd y rhain ar gael i’w harchwilio gan y cyhoedd.
Dylid datgan y rhesymau dros eu cyflwyno os gwelwch yn dda.
Oni chyflwynir sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau yn y modd uchod neu os tynnir hwynt yn ôl gall Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn/Isle of Anglesey County Council gadarnhau’r Gorchymyn eu hunain fel Gorchymyn diwrthwynebiad. Os cyflwynir y Gorchymyn i Lywodraeth Cymru i’w gadarnhau yna amgaeir unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau nas tynnwyd yn ôl gyda’r Gorchymyn.

Disgrifiad o ran o’r llwybr cyhoeddus i’w gau
O giât mochyn ym mhen draw’r ffordd fabwysiedig ger 18 Y Garnedd ym mhwynt A (SH5292572170), mae’r llwybr yn mynd yn ei flaen i’r gogledd gogledd-orllewin ar draws cae am 77M i orffen wrth giât mochyn ger yr A55 ym mhwynt B (SH5289672239).
ATODLEN 2
Disgrifiad o safle ffordd amgen
O ffordd stad newydd arfaethedig ym mhwynt C (SH5288872234) mae’r llwybr yn mynd yn ei flaen i’r gogledd-ddwyrain am tua 10M i bwynt B (SH5289572240), lle mae’n cysylltu â llwybr troed presennol wedi’i ffensio sy’n rhedeg wrth ymyl yr A55. Lled y llwybr newydd fydd 2M a bydd yn cael ei adeiladu fel un gydag arwyneb tarmacadam.

Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn/Isle Of Anglesey County Council (Part Of Footpath No. 2 In The Community Of Llanfairpwll) Public Path Stopping Up Order 2025
The above Order was made on the 25th February 2025.
The effect of the Order will be to stop up the footpath running along that part of Public Footpath No. 2 in the Community of Llanfairpwll as described in Schedule 1 below and create an alternative path instead on to a line running along the route described in Schedule 2 as shown on the order map.
A copy of the Order and the order map may be seen free of charge at the Council Offices, Llangefni, Anglesey by appointment and Menai Bridge Library during normal opening hours. Hard copies of the above documents will be sent in the post free of charge on request if you contact SiwanJones@ynysmon.llyw.cymru or 01248 752591.
Any representation or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Legal Services Manager, Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn/Isle of Anglesey County Council, Council Offices, Llangefni, Ynys Môn not later than 28th March 2025.
These will be available for public inspection.
Please state the grounds on which it is made.
If no representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn/Isle of Anglesey County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Welsh Government for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
SCHEDULE 1
Description of part of public footpath to be stopped up
From a kissing gate at the terminus of the adopted road by 18 Y Garnedd at point A (SH5292572170), the path proceeds NNW across a field for 77M to end at a kissing gate by the A55 at point B (SH5289672239).
SCHEDULE 2
Description of site of alternative highway
From a proposed new estate road at point C (SH5288872234) the route proceeds NE for approximately 10M to point B (SH5289572240), where it links up with an existing fenced footpath running beside the A55. The width of the new path will be 2M and it will be constructed as a with a tarmacadam surface.
