24/01650/REMM – Major Development and Development would affect a public right of way – Erection of 105 dwellings including highway access, parking, pedestrian links and open space to Phase C1 (reserved matters of access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale to outline planning permission ref. 13/00956/OUTM). Land At, Beveridge Lane, Coalville, Ellistown.

24/01649/REMM – Major Development and Development would affect a public right of way – Erection of 277 dwellings including highway access, parking, pedestrian links and open space to Phase C2 (reserved matters of access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale to outline planning permission ref. 13/00956/OUTM).

Beveridge Lane, Coalville – 25/00278/VCUM – Major Development. Removal of condition 13 of planning permission 24/00179/FULM which was for the erection of a three storey rear extension for production use and demolition of single storey buildings and increase in car parking. (Condition 13 was in connection with external lighting and this has now been superseded by the discharge of Condition 10 under reference 24/01615/DIS).

The Snack Factory, Smisby Road, Ashby De La Zouch, Leicestershire – 24/01648/REMM – Major Development and Development would affect a public right of way. Erection of 61 dwellings including highway access, parking and pedestrian links to Phase C3 (reserved matters of access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale to outline planning permission ref. 13/00956/OUTM). Land Off, Beveridge Lane, Coalville, Ellistown.
