What is planned?
Online public consultation for the remaining phases of development of land at East Hill, Chatham Taylor Wimpey and Vistry Homes are developing plans for the development of phases 2-6 on land at East Hill, Chatham.
The proposals for the remaining phases are in line with the approved outline planning consent and include a total of 709 one to five bedroom homes, two new play areas, areas of public open space, retail floorspace and allotments
