a) Alterations to form enclosed porch to front, erection of single storey extension to rear and conversion of existing garage to create additional living accommodation at 19 Globe Mews Beverley HU 17 8BQ (Ref: 25/00083/PLF)

b) Construction of a single storey porch to front following demolition of bay window and blocking up of existing doorway, partial remodelling of ground floor including blocking up and creating new openings to enable relocation of kitchen and utility room from front to rear, erection of single storey garden room extension to rear with terrace and feature garden wall, removal of existing PVCu french doors to rear and replacement with timber glazed doors, partial remodelling of first floor to create additional bathroom and en-suite at Beech House 191 Northgate Cottingham HU 16 SQL (Ref: 25/00110/PLB) 

c) Removal of existing cement pointing from repaired joints and replace with lime mortar to side at 15 Flemingate Beverley (Ref: 24/03612/PLB) 

d) Erection of a single storey extension to side providing link to new kitchen conversion of existing store at Shakespeare Inn 9 Baxtergate Hedon HU 12 8JN (Ref: 24/03778/PLF) e) Installation of replacement windows at 104 Minster Moorgate Beverley (Ref: 25/00164/PLB) 

f) Construction of a single storey porch to front following demolition of bay window, erection of a single storey garden room extension to rear with terrace and feature garden wall, single storey detached building enclosing existing swimming pool after demolition of existing outbuilding at Beech House 191 Northgate Cottingham HU 16 5QL (Ref: 25/00109/PLF) 

g)Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans - house types) of planning permission 20/01187/STPLF (Erection of 89 dwellings with associated access, parking, landscaping and infrastructure following demolition of existing dwelling) to allow change in house type from Adstock to Addington at The Paddocks High Stile Leven HU 17 5NL (Ref: 25/00307/STVAR) 

h) Repairs to front elevation including replacing damaged or broken glazed panels, replace glazed panels that have vent grilles with clear glazing and replace obscure glazing with clear glazing to match existing panes, removal of alarm sounders, lights, signage and redundant cables and replace with new door bells, lighting and alarm sounding, removal of damaged painted facade and repair with water based paint and reinstate lead flashing to top of pediment and other areas of projecting stonework at 26-28 Lairgate Beverley HU I7 8EP (Ref: 25/0034 I /PLB) 

Proposals (a,b,c,d,e,f,h) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (b,c,e,f,h) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 

Proposals (c,d,e,h) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 

Proposal (d) affects a public right of way. 

Proposal (g) is a major development.
