Avison Young act on behalf of their client’s interest with respect to the above site. On behalf of our client, in accordance with Article 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (DMPO), we hereby give notice that we have submitted an application for planning permission for: ‘demolition of existing buildings and construction of new foodstore (Use Class E) together with associated works including parking, access and landscaping.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Local Planning Authority at Test Valley Borough Council at Planning and Building Service Beech Hurst Weyhill Road, Andover, Hants SP10 3AJ by 14th March 2025.
