Notice Under Article 15
Section 73 to vary conditions no2 (Approved Plans), no3 (Soft Landscaping), no4 (Soft Landscape Management), no5 (Arboricultural Impact Assessment), no9 (Construction Traffic Management Plan) and no10 (Construction, Decommissioning and Management Method Statement) of planning approval 20/2131/FUL - Installation of a ground mounted photovoltaic (PV) solar energy generation system (Solar Farm) with associated equipment and infrastructure. at Hell Hole Farm, Hell Hole Lane, Thorpe Thewles by Mrs Ellen Hornsey-Fortt, Pegasus Group 25/0245/VARY In the event that an appeal is made against a decision of the Council to refuse to grant planning permission for the proposed development, and that appeal then proceeds by way of the expedited procedure under the written representations procedure, any representations made by the owner or tenant to the Council about this application will be passed to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to make further representations.
