The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
25H/0292 & 25L/0306 (8) Applicant Bob Bond. Removal of a partition wall and replacement of all windows to double glazed.
24F/3118 - Liverpool University, Waterhouse Building, Blocks C & D, 1-3 Brownlow Street (69) Applicant Rajmund Zatonski (University of Liverpool) To carry out external alterations including erection of accessible ramp, handrails and steps, repair works to masonry and installation of ventilation louvres.
25F/0253 - Unit 1, Atlantic Corner Hotel, Sandhills Lane (20) Applicant FGHTH Limited. Section 73 planning application to vary conditions 14 and 21 attached to application number 18O/2485 - (Outline application with matters or landscaping and external appearance reserved to construct a 6 storey hotel) so as to allow enabling works and demolition to ground level, with retention of existing slab and hardstanding.
22F/2806 - Garston Industrial Estate, Blackburne Street (19) Applicant Mr David Tyson MREF V c/o Peloton Real Estate. To use site for open storage purposes (Use Class B8).
