The proposal is described below but the purpose of this publication is to establish if there is any owner interest related to the communal service road to the rear of the premises as indicated on the attached site plan which leads off Harwood Road.

Proposal: Erection of a single storey rear extension in association with the ground floor retail use. Installation of external staircase for access from Harwood road/communal driveway. Rear roof dormer extension in association with the change of use of upper floors to create two self contained flats with erection of L shape dormer to rear.
