NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Land To The Rear Of 7-11A, Avondale Road Fronting, Avon Path, South Croydon, CR2 6AX.

Take notice that application is being made by: 5 Wells Limited, Mr Joseph Chocron

For planning permission to: Redevelopment/conversion of existing Class B2 garages to form 6 residential flats (two x 3-bedroom and four x 2-bedroom) including 4 car parking bays and 20 cycle parking spaces and associated landscaping.

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: London Borough of Croydon, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Statement of agricultural tenants’ rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants’ security of tenure.

‘Owner’ means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. ‘Tenant’ means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
