AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991

SECTION 14(1)

TEMPORARY WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS

LICHFIELD ROAD NW2

The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to the need to undertake the replacing of street lighting, they intend to make an Order which will:

(a) Temporarily introduce a length of ‘at any time’ waiting and loading restrictions on the southwest side of Lichfield Road NW2, from the junction of Cricklewood Lane to a point in line with the northwestern flank wall of No.33 Lichfield Road, while the works take place.

(b) Temporarily introduce a length of ‘at any time’ waiting and loading restrictions on the northeast side of Lichfield Road NW2, from a point in line with the southeastern kerbline of Westcroft Way and a point in line with the common boundary of No.26 and No.27 Lichfield Road, while the works take place.

The works will commence at 8am on Monday 3rd March 2025 and are expected to last for 2 days. If the works are unable to take place on the date mentioned above, then the works will commence at 8am on Monday 10th March 2025 and are expected to last 2 days.

Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Constable or a Civil Enforcement Officer in uniform.
