NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 AND PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990.

The following applications have been made to St Helens Council:

Application Number: P/2025/0049/FUL

Proposal: Change of use from vacant commercial property (E) to hot food takeaway (sui generis).

Applicant: Mr Mohamed Kamkhi

Location: 36 Wythburn Crescent, St Helens WA11 7HF

The development does not accord with the development plan in force in the area.

Application Number: P/2024/0631/FUL

The application is for a Major Development.

Application Number: P/2025/0055/FUL

Proposal: Erection of detached outbuilding to facilitate a hair salon (Class E) to the front, Erection of two single storey extensions and canopy to the front of the existing dwelling.

Applicant: Mr Steven Lybert

Location: 6 Ashton Road, Newton Le Willows, St Helens WA12 0AB

The site lies within a Conservation Area.

Application Number: P/2024/0520/ADC

Proposal: Consent to display 1 no externally illuminated fascia sign and 1 no non-illuminated projecting sign.

Applicant: Mr Stuart Ellis

Location: 29 - 31 Shaw Street, St Helens, Merseyside WA10 1DG
