Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the above legislation, that Oadby and Wigston Borough Council has received the following applications for consideration:-
25/00029/FUL Rosenfels Stoughton Drive South Oadby Leicestershire Proposed change of use from student accommodation to a Class E surgery, including a 1.5-storey side and rear extension, and the demolition of the existing attached garage.
Reason for advert:
Application may affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
