Proposal: Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) of up to 99.99 Megawatts (MW) with associated access and infrastructure.
Site Location: CATSFIELD FARM, THE STREAM, BATTLE, EAST SUSSEX, TN33 9BB.
We are seeking your views on our proposal for a Battery Energy Storage System at Catsfield Farm, the Stream, Battle, East Sussex, TN33 9BB.
A public exhibition will take place on Thursday, 27th February 2025 between 4pm – 7pm at Catsfield Village Hall, 11 Church Rd, Catsfield, Battle TN33 9DP.
We have set up a website to provide you with clear and comprehensive information about the proposed BESS.

Please note that at this point, all comments must be sent to the applicant and NOT to the Council. Once the planning application is formally submitted then there will be an opportunity to make representations to Rother District Council.
