What is planned?
Bowshiel Solar Farm
PUBLIC CONSULTATION EVENT
Voltalia is seeking to develop a Solar Farm and Battery Energy
Storage System (BESS) project in East Berwickshire, Scotland. The
proposed project is near Cockburnspath, approximately 14km
southeast of Dunbar. It comprises a solar farm of up to 170MWp
capacity, up to 150MW of BESS and associated infrastructure.
We are holding a second public consultation period
between 3rd March and 30th March, 2025.
A public drop in event will take place on Wednesday 12th
March between 3pm and 8pm in Cockburnspath Village
Hall, TD13 5XY.
At this event we will be sharing how feedback to date has
informed our plans and we welcome further feedback.
