The following application affects the setting of a listed building: Application Number: 24/01015/FUL Proposal: Proposed development of 4.no single storey dwellings with detached garages, a new detached garage for Mulberry House, and alterations to Library Cottage to form a single dwelling Location: Land To The West Of Mulberry House Leckonby Street Great Eccleston Lancashire Applicant: Mr Hennessey. Representations on the above applications should be made by 12th March 2025 as after this date, the Council is entitled to make a decision on the application.
