dwellinghouse with associated landscaping (following demolition of
existing dwelling and buildings)) in order to amend the design of the
dwelling involving roof alterations, window and door alterations, removal
of external stairs, installation of solar panels, removal of glazed atrium
roof light and replacement with skylights, removal of chimney stack,
