What is planned?

Pre-Application Consultation

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013, as amended

Notice under Regulation 7(2)(b) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013, as amended. Pre-application consultation by Springfield Properties PLC, in respect of proposed Residential development and associated infrastructure and development at Land to south and east of 17 Raw Holdings, East Calder, Livingston EH53 0JN.

The Applicant has put in place the following pre-application consultation arrangements for the second and final public exhibition event:

- A public exhibition will be held on 24 February 2025 between 3pm and 7pm at East Calder Bowling Club, 255 Main Street, East Calder, Livingston EH53 0EL where representatives of the prospective Applicant will be available to discuss the proposals.

- Details of the proposed development will also be available to view at www.larnermcgrath.co.uk from 24 February 2025.

- Comments on the proposed development can be made using the consultation response feedback form which will be available at the public exhibition and from www.larnermcgrath.co.uk. Alternatively, comments can be made by email or in writing or by telephone, using the contact details below. Comments should be submitted by 7 March 2025.

- Further information and paper copies of the presentation and feedback form can be obtained by contacting the Applicant via the contact details set out below. Persons unable to return feedback forms via email, should return completed feedback forms to the Applicant at the postal address below.

Comments should not be made to the planning authority, West Lothian Council. Any comments made to the prospective Applicant are not representations to the planning authority, West Lothian Council. If a planning application is submitted to West Lothian Council in its capacity as planning authority, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal.
