Public consultation for proposed residential development on land at Acorn Green, Shifnal
Taylor Wimpey is preparing a full planning application for approximately 57 homes on land north of Holyhead Road in Shifnal.
Our provisional plans for the development include a variety of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes, including 20% of the new homes as affordable housing.
Also included within the provisional plans for the development are the creation of new green open public spaces and a play area.

We would like to invite you to our public exhibition on Thursday 20th February at the Park House Hotel, Park Street, Shifnal, Shropshire, TF11 9BA from 3.30pm to 7.30pm.
The consultation period will run from 20th February to 28th February, during which time you can provide feedback on our proposals by emailing us at shifnal@ taylorwimpey-pr.co.uk.
