25/00024/FUL - Change front door and add a door surround, and replace all the windows on the front of property at 9 New Barns Road Ely

25/00037/FUL - Installation of roof light to front elevation at 32 The Street Snailwell

25/00038/LBC - Installation of roof light on front elevation at 32 The Street Snailwell 

25/00070/FUL - Construction of side porch, rear single storey extension, conversion of outbuilding into habitable room at 9 High Street Stetchworth

25/00071/FUL - Construction of side porch and single storey rear extension, conversion of existing outbuilding into habitable room at 11 High Street Stetchworth

25/00072/ADI - Rebranding existing Waitrose signage with new building letters, car park signs and window vinyls at Waitrose Brays Lane Ely 

25/00073/FUL - Alterations to existing conservatory to create new utility room including the addition of cladding and 3 no roof lights at 8 West End Haddenham

25/00094/FUL - Single storey extension to rear, internal and external alterations at 19 Cambridge Road Ely Where a "householder" application is refused, there will be no further opportunity to make comments on an appeal. However your original comments will be submitted to the Secretary of State.

"Householder development" means development of an existing dwelling house, or development within the curtilage of such a dwelling house for any purpose incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house.

25/00090/FUL - Installation of 4 glamping pods and associated works including landscaping of the site at Land North Of 154 High Street Cheveley

25/00108/FUL - Formation of first floor on existing bungalow with single storey side and rear extensions, new front porch, and internal additions and alterations at 131 Brook Street Soham 

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and other documents submitted with it by visiting the Council's website (www.eastcambs.gov.uk), following links to Current Planning Applications and searching by the application reference number. 

If you do not have access to a computer at home, you are able to use the public computers at the Council Offices during normal office hours. 

Alternatively, an appointment can be made to view the working file by contacting the Support Team on 01353 665555. 

Anyone who wishes to make representations about an application should do so in writing to the above mentioned Council, within 10 working days of the date of the notice. 

You should be aware that any comments and information (excluding names, signatures and telephone numbers, which will be redacted) will be available over the internet.
