What is planned?

Notice is hereby given that the TANDRIDGE DISTRICT COUNCIL has received the following applications for planning permission or which affect a listed building, conservation area, Tree Preservation Order, public footpath/ bridleway or major development. Comments should be made within 24 days of this notice.

Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - notice under article 15, & planning (listed building & buildings in conservation area) regulations 1990, & town & country planning (environmental impact assessment) regulations 2017 - notice under article 25

2024/1393 - 1 Park Lane, Warlingham. Outline planning permission for up to 45 new homes with all matters reserved except scale, layout and access.

2024/1396 - Colegates, Edgar Road, Tatsfield, Westerham. Replace 3x first floor dormer windows in disrepair. (Retrospective - Listed Building Consent).

2025/53 - Horseshoe Cottage, Plaistow Street, Lingfield. Creation of a wooden sign to be mounted on the side exterior wall. Installation of a swing sign on the facia at the front of the shop. (Retrospective).

2024/1226 - Land adjacent to Farm View Cottage, Lingfield Road. Erection of dwelling.

2024/1391 - Talboys, Hall Hill, Oxted. Erection of a Bungalow (Custom-Self Build & Age Friendly), with associated Car Barn, Parking, and Landscaping.

2024/1389 - Rede Cottage, 57 Redehall Road, Smallfield. Demolition of existing buildings and erection of 85 dwellings with associated works (outline application with all matters reserved except access, layout and scale).
