What is planned?
Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at 134 Kenton Road, London, HA3 8AT and the adjacent pavements of Carlton Avenue and Kenton Road. I give notice that Whitbread PLC is applying to the London Borough of Harrow for planning permission for:
Demolition of buildings and structures to provide 4 to 7 storey buildings with basement, comprising residential dwellings (Class C3) and Co-Living Accommodation (Sui Generis), Drinking Establishment (Sui Generis) with expanded food provision, landscaping, public realm improvements, car and cycle parking, servicing arrangements, plant and associated works.
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at Planning and Building Control, Housing and Regeneration Directorate, London Borough of Harrow, Forward Drive, Harrow, HA3 8FL by 06/03/25
