3. Affects Setting of Listed Building. Proposed new roof including attic room and rooflights, alteration to fenestration and detached garage. The Old Forge, Church Street, Ticehurst RR/2025/97/P

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1 & 3 above. Listed Building Consent in respect of 2 above.

These applications can be viewed on the planning website at www.rother.gov.uk/planning or alternatively via the public access computers at the Battle Library, Market Square, Battle, or at Rye Library, 30A High Street, Rye.
