These applications affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area
or the setting of a Listed Building.
P24/1169 – The Owner/Occupier for Change of Use of ground floor public
house to 2 apartments. New window on first floor rear elevation, removal of
existing external staircase at rear and creation of internal staircase to access
two existing apartments on first floor. Conversion of outbuilding to bike/bin

internal alterations to existing ground floor flat at 4, Church Road,
Oldswinford, Stourbridge, DY8 2HQ
P25/0162 – The Owner/Occupier for Replacement windows and entrance
door to front elevations and installation of entrance canopies. Alterations to
shared front driveway garden areas to accommodate an additional parking
space at 19 & 21, Church Road, Oldswinford, DY8 2HQ
P25/0163 – The Owner/Occupier for Listed Building Consent for replacement

the date of publication of this notice.
