The Town and Country Planning Act requires the following to be advertised:

P24/V2534/HH Construction of French drain around existing main building. Enclosing of existing staircase and creation of new staircase. Creation of small lobby area to provide independent access to two bedrooms. Creation of WC on first floor. Replacement of existing heating system with combi-boiler, installation of wet underfloor system and installation of new wood burning stove inside existing fireplace. Construction of new chimney stack. Construction of single-storey extension with glazed link.
