Reason for notice: Application for Listed Building Consent Application No: 2025/00098/LBC Application Type: Listed Building Consent Location: 119 Bewsey Road, Bewsey and Whitecross, Warrington, WA5 0JT Proposal: This is a retrospective listed building consent application for an outbuilding shed within the curtilage of 119 Bewsey Road, a Grade II listed building Applicant: Goodwin Property Ltd
Reason for notice: Application for Listed Building Consent Application No: 2025/00011/LBC Application Type: Listed Building Consent Location: 2 Dial Street, Warrington, WA1 2NX Proposal: Remove internal spiral staircase and replace with modern staircase It is also requested for permission to strip, baton and recover the roof due to ongoing maintenance issues with water ingress Applicant: Stephen Gorman
