Change of Use from Class E to Sui Generis Drinking Establishment with ancillary bottle shop (Class E) and new signage. 
PL/25/0313/VRC Major Development
16 Ledborough Wood, Beaconsfield, HP9 2DJ Variation of condition 15 (approved plans) of planning permission PL/23/1870/FA (Demolition of a single detached dwelling house and integral garage and erection of a replacement single detached dwelling house with linked garage block, front gates and relocated vehicular access), to allow demolition of the existing carport, enhancements to the garage, amended profile of the main house roof with side dormer and amendments to features of the external appearance. 
PL/25/0167/OA Major Development
Land Adjacent To 148, Swallow Street, Iver Outline planning application for the demolition of existing structures and the erection of up to 43 dwellings and associated infrastructure and landscaping (matter to be considered at this stage: access)
