Location: DEVELOPMENT AT VALENTINES PARK CRANBROOK ROAD AND ASSOCIATED LAND IN PERTH ROAD GANTS HILL POSTAL
Proposal: Variation of conditions 2 and 11 in approved permission 272/24. Proposed design changes include: increase in internal floorspace to incorporate space facilities (steam room/sauna/plunge pool/treatment room) and a larger gym area, reduced size of external bathing area, external alterations to the approved building (including reduction in size of the front and rear canopies, reduction in width of the western access gate, addition of substation enclosure, amended paths, and amended surface water drainage strategy to incorporate an alternative drainage route).

Proposal: Variation of condition 2 of approved permission 3746/23: reconfigure the first-floor internally so we can get two compliant bedrooms changing this house from a one to a two-bedroom dwelling (2 persons to a 3 persons dwelling). No changes are proposed to the building envelope, massing, elevations, windows, heights, etc.
