Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 (Regulation 7(2) (b))



“The development and use of land as a holiday village including lodges, apartment building, central buildings incorporating swimming pool, indoor leisure facilities, spa facility, retail shops, bars, coffee shops and restaurant facilities, outdoor leisure facilities, staff welfare facilities, ancillary buildings, car park, main access from and onto the A7, engineering operations, creation of lochs, energy centre, hard and soft landscaping, woodland planting and forest management works, along with all other associated infrastructure works and activities” at Land at and Incorporating Huntlaw Farm and Muirfield Farm, Hassendean, Hawick.

A first public consultation event will be held at Currie Memorial Hall, Main Street, Lilliesleaf, TD6 9JD on Wednesday 26 th February 2025 between 2pm – 7pm where you can view information, and the development team will be available to answer any questions. Exhibition boards will also be available to view on our dedicated website – (https://www.centerparcsscotland.co.uk) from the day of the consultation and will remain available throughout.

Comments can be made to the Applicant at the public event, through the website or submitted via the above contact details. Comments are invited until Friday 6th June 2025. Further public consultations will be held on Wednesday 26th March 2025, Thursday 24th April and Tuesday 20th May 2025 and advertised in accordance with The Town and Country Planning (Pre Application Consultation) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021.

Please note that comments made at these events, or through the above, are to Center Parcs Scotland Limited as the Applicant and are not representations to Scottish Borders Council. There will be an opportunity to make representations to Scottish Borders Council when an application for planning permission is submitted.
