Borough of Telford & Wrekin

Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which
require publication.


TWC/2025/0063 – Spring House, 17 Spring Village, Horsehay – Conversion of existing garage to 1no. annexe for ancillary use

TWC/2025/0071 – 10 Longford Park, Longford, Newport – Erection of single storey rear extension and installation of a flue (Full Planning Application)

TWC/2025/0072 – 10 Longford Park, Longford, Newport – Erection of single storey rear extension, installation of a flue and creation of an internal opening between existing and dining room (Listed Building Application)

TWC/2025/0077 – Barnes Farmhouse, Rowton – Erection of 4no. poultry units with associated feed bins, 3no. water tanks, 1no. plant room, 1no. generator, 1no. amenity block, hard standing and access track and drainage attenuation pond **Environmental Statement Submitted**

TWC/2025/0079 – Willowdene, 2 Crown Farm Barns, Kynnersley – Alterations to 1no front window and 1no door and installation of 1no external wood burning flue

The above application(s) can be viewed on planning online at https://secure.telford.gov.uk/planning/home.aspx. Written representations can be made on planning online or by email at planning.control@telford.gov.uk and need to be received by 6 th March (14 days for public service infrastructure development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication.
If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them
