What is planned?

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

a) Erection of a two storey extension to side and porch
to front, erection of lower ground floor extension
to rear with terrace area above and replacement
staircases accessing lower terrace, construction of
external swimming pool and terrace with pergola,
the siting of a hot tub and 1.5m high privacy wall to
side, construction of dormer window to rear to allow
for loft conversion, installation of two roof lights to
front, two windows to replace single window to rear,
and glazed doors to replace existing garage door,
partial conversion of garage to create additional living
accommodation, partial blocking up of first floor
window to side, construction of outbuilding to side
including external kitchen, installation of solar shading
above ground floor windows/doors to side and rear,
installation of solar panels to low level roofs to front,
all following demolition of existing conservatory to
side and porch to front (revised scheme of 24/02061/
PLF) at Bendale House 29A Main Street Stamford
Bridge East Riding of Yorkshire (Ref: 25/00091/PLF)
b) Erection of a timber framed porch to front at
8 High Bields Yapham East Riding of Yorkshire
(Ref: 25/00214/PLF)
c) Erection of a single storey extension to side and
erection of a detached store/workshop at 35 High
Street Holme Upon Spalding Moor East Riding of
Yorkshire (Ref: 25/00041/PLF)
Proposal (a) is within a Conservation Area designated
under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (c) is a departure from the approved
Development Plan of the area.
Proposal (b) affects a public right of way.
