Notice is given that the following planning applications have been made.

Application reference: PL/2024/0002200/FUL 

Site address: 30 Stoke Green. 

Proposed development: Erection of additional classroom. 

Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application reference: PL/2025/0000172/RVC 

Site address: Sherbourne Fields School, Rowington Close. 

Proposed development: Variation of condition No. 2 to allow relocation of sprinkler tank; imposed on planning permission reference PL/2023/0002210/ FUL granted on 23/02/2023. 

Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development.

Application reference: PL/2025/0000138/RVC

Site address: Land at Fivefield Road and Tamworth Road.

Proposed development: Variation of condition Nos. 20 and 22 (re-wording of conditions); imposed on planning permission reference PL/2024/0000320/ RVC granted on 15/05/2024. 

Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development. 


Application reference: PL/2024/0001270/RVC

Site address: Land at Thompsons Farm, Thompsons Road. 

Proposed development: Variation of a condition 1 (Approved Drawings – Change some Lawrence House Type from Hipped to Gable): imposed on planning permission RMM/2022/1982 granted on 20/12/2023. 

Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development.


Application reference: PL/2025/0000110/HHA 

Site address: 9 Stanley Road.

Proposed development: Loft conversion and dormer; increase height and alterations to existing rear extension; replacement windows. 

Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a conservation area.


Application reference: PL/2024/0002150/FUL 

Site address: 31 Barlow Road. 

Proposed development: Refurbishment of existing Industrial unit to include part demolition, new cladding, roof, openings for windows and access doors, new office layouts internally and associated works. 

Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development.


Application reference: PL/2025/0000168/FUL 

Site address: Anatolia, 52b Earlsdon Street. 

Proposed development: Installation of pergola to cover outdoor seating area. 

Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a conservation area.
