The Following Applications Have Been Made To The City Council And Are Required To Be Advertised Under The Above Acts.
24F/2963- Anfield Stadium, Anfield Road (4) Applicant Mr Andy Hughes (Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Ltd) Section 73 planning application to vary condition 3 attached to planning ref 20F/3090 (To extend the Anfield Road Stand, following partial demolition, to provide up to 7,000 additional seats and internal facilities including general admission concourses, hospitality lounges, a family fan zone, club offices, staff facilities and plant and equipment; with associated public realm; lighting; landscaping and associated infrastructure; and, To use the stadium for other team sporting events, and to host up to 6 major events per annum, for up to 5 years) so as to allow major events in the month of July.
24H/3131 - 4 Garden Street (L25). Applicant Mr Jack Sutton. To replace windows and doors.
24L/3363 - 60 Hope Street (1) Applicant PINS. To replace installed contemporary metal half flight of stairs with a traditional timber stair and two exterior wall mounted lights.
25A/0013 - 60 Hope Street (1) Applicant PINS. To display 1 no. externally illuminated fascia sign and 1 no. externally illuminated projecting/hanging sign and 2 no. exterior wall mounted lights on the front outside wall.
24L/3240 - Cunard Building, Liverpool City Council Water Street (3) Applicant Mr Alan Smith (Liverpool City Council) To install new numbers (date) to the Cunard Monument with like for like materials as existing.
25F/0192 - Woolton Grange Nursing Home, High Street (25) Applicant Nadarajah Suresparan, Woolton Grange Ltd. To install new windows and retain replacement windows.
24H/3290 - 9 Eaton Road (19) Applicant Harrison Christopher. To convert garage at rear to habitable accommodation.
25L/0210 - 2 Queen Square (1) Applicant Daniel Hynd, Promenade Estates. To partially remove mezzanine floor, associated staircase and carry out minor alterations.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 27th February 2025 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
