NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

COU/000611/24 – Part retrospective change of use to a plastics recycling facility (sui generis) including storage, loading/unloading, mechanical recycling equipment, erection of 2 no. modular units for office use, storage building, fire station and weighbridge, at Unit 1B, Prince William Avenue, Sandycroft, Deeside, Flintshire, CH5 2QZ.

COU/000112/24 – Change of use of agricultural land to equestrian, the erection of stables, a hay barn & 27 (20x60m) equestrian arena and the change of use of an existing barn into 5 no. horse loose boxes and associated facilities, at WC/Shoor Brook, Spon, Treuddyn, Mold, Flintshire.
