Notice is hereby given that applications have been received by Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council for planning permission for the following developments:

APPLICATIONS FOR LISTED BUILDING CONSENT

P2025/0031 Regularisation of unauthorised works to repair and restore existing farmhouse including new natural slate roof coverings, replacement of pvc fascias, barges and verge details with traditional timber details and cast iron rainwater goods, traditional windows and doors, repairs to oak and stone flooring (part retrospective) and a proposed new extension to provide additional family living accommodation
