Town And Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012
Development at: Land At Cwmrhydderch Court, Cwm, Ebbw Vale, Blaenau Gwent, NP23 7UE.
I give notice that Jonathan Brookes is applying to Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council for planning permission for Proposed residential development and associated works.
Anyone who wishes to submit comments about this application should write to the Council at the following email address planning@blaenaugwent.gov.uk or to General Offices, Steelworks Road, Ebbw Vale, NP23 6DN within 21 days from the date at the bottom of this notice, quoting the application ref no. P/2025/0017.
Please note that whilst correspondence and information can be deposited at the reception desk at the General Offices, a meeting with an officer or representative from the Planning Department is strictly by appointment only.
Any comments you make will be taken into account when the application is decided. Should the application be reported to Planning Committee you may be able to speak at the meeting to make Councillors aware of your views.
