RE-CONSULTATION – REVISED DRAWINGS AND DOCUMENTS RECEIVED. Residential development comprising of 117 new dwellings, creation of new vehicle access and highway works, earthworks to site level, creation of new cycle and pedestrian links, diversion of public right of way, erection of pumping station, creation of new public parkland with hard and soft landscaping as well as appropriate supporting infrastructure. The application has the potential, in the opinion of the authority, to affect the setting of the Grade II listed Bell Farmhouse, London Road, Wickford.
