What is planned?

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:

25/0148/FH - Land Adjoining Church and Dwight, Caesars Way, Folkestone - Removal of condition 28 of planning permission 22/1719/FH (details of proposed new position for relocation of the existing Stoddart Road bus stop) to allow bus route and bus stop to remain at current location.

25/0168/FH - 6 OLD LONDON ROAD, HYTHE, CT21 4DG - Erection of a three-storey side extension incorporating a balcony, a revised garage/driveway, roof dormers & associated alterations to the existing dwelling (as approved under planning application 21/1364/FH).

25/0175/FH - STONEWALD, HILLSIDE STREET, HYTHE, CT21 5DJ - Erection of front porch, excavation of the existing southern bank to create two new car parking spaces and bin storage, addition of new decking and balustrade above

The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
