Notice Under Article 15(1a) of Town And Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 and the Town And Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017

Application for Subsequent Consent to Planning Permission Accompanied by an Environmental Statement Proposed development at Himley Village North West Bicester, Middleton Stoney Road, Bicester (24/01670/OUT).

I give notice that Cala Homes (Cotswolds) Ltd have applied to Cherwell District Council on 20 June 2024 for planning permission for the "Variation of Condition 44 (Land Uses and maximum floor areas of buildings in 'Other Uses' parcels) and Removal of Condition 45 (restriction on maximum floor areas for retail uses in 'Other Uses' parcels) of 14/02121/OUT to allow provision of a discount foodstore of up to 2,500sqm, a larger pub/community use (additional 500sqm) and nursery use (additional 500sqm) and reduced floorspace for a veterinary surgery, hotel, other retail uses and health facility. Floor areas for all other uses would remain as approved (e.g. retirement village, offices, energy centre and water treatment plant)" which is a subsequent application in respect of 14/02121/OUT and that application was accompanied by an environmental statement. at Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX15 4AA between the hours of 8.45am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday inclusive during the period of 30 days beginning with the date of this notice. Details of the application is available to view through the Council's website via the Online Planning Service at https://planningregister.cherwell.gov.uk/. Please be advised that details of the application may be amended at any time before a final decision is issued, therefore you are advised to monitor the application's progress via the Online Planning Service where amended plans will be posted. Bicester OX26 6AZ - Remove 1970's replacement concrete floor and quarry tile finishes and re-new with specialist limecrete breathable screed floor on glass bead insulation. Replace decayed section of timber floor in limecrete flooring. Limestone tile floor finish. Remove later floor to kitchen extension lower levels and replace as described above. Underpin rear later brick wall to kitchen. Remove centre stone pier in lounge (not original installed circa 1970's) and replace with 150mm square (salavaged) oak post/s. Remove oak posts to rear beam installed circa 1970's and replace with masonry nib from pad foundation (oak post used to replace stone pier above). Remove later stone fire breast and hearth and replace with open fire to discharge on line of existing chimney. Replace current modern felt sloping roof over rear projection to lounge with flat roof linked to flat roof of kitchen. Renew flat roof covering and install 2 No. flat rooflights. Replace corrugated asbestos sheet and felt covered sloping roof over rear bedroom/ en-suite with natural slate roof coverings. Install light tube for pantry area. Replace current aluminium windows with cosmetic leaded light details to rear bedroom/en-suite and kitchen with Residence 9 over similar flush casement windows. Remove plywood panelling from front entrance hallway and restore plaster finishes - Mr Peter Bywater.
