TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 ARTICLE 15
1. Affects the setting of Listed Building. Change of use from agriculture to vineyard tasting room, wine production, storage and ancillary cafe with associated works and mixed use of three mobile homes for agricultural workers and holiday lets. New House Farm, New House Lane, Bodiam RR/2024/1573/P.
2. Rye Conservation Area. Proposed internal alterations, new windows and doors & new summer house. 30 Church Square, Rye RR/2024/2122/P & RR/2024/2123/L.
3. Affects the setting of Listed Building. Proposed double garage Park Oast, Wittersham Road, Iden RR/2024/2277/P
4. Northiam Conservation Area. Erection of single storey front extension, single storey side extension and internal layout alterations. (Alternative to planning permission RR/2024/421/P) The Surgery, Main Street, Northiam RR/2025/101/P
5. Rye Conservation Area. Replacement of 4 no. crittall windows with uPvc casement windows to the rear and side elevations 63 Cinque Ports Street, Wall Cottage, Rye RR/2025/119/P
6. Winchelsea Conservation Area Like for like replacement front door. Reinstate unauthorised front loft conversion into loft space & removal of non-compliant staircase. Proposed loft conversion of rear loft space with 1 x small dormer (to replace lost loft space at the front) & proposed new staircase off first floor hallway. Reduction in opening size of 1 x modern casement in window in kitchen.2 Strand Plat, Rookery Lane, Winchelsea, Icklesham RR/2025/52/P & RR/2025/53/L
Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 above and Listed Building Consent in respect of 2 and 6 above.
Amended plans/information have been received for the proposed development in respect of 2 above
